My customer purchases are very important to me, therefore should you have any issues with your purchase please contact me immediately so I can resolve the issue promptly. Please read the Returns Policy for guidance.

Returns

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of purchase as long as the product is in the original packaging and has not be used, opened or damaged. If the product is not in the original packaging or has been used opened or damaged then I am not obliged to refund you.

To request a return please email order@valegiftco.com with information of the the product/s you wish to return and the reason for returning.

 

Buyers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items and they must be returned within 30 days of purchase. I recommend using ‘signed for’ service to guarantee proof of delivery as I will not refund any items lost in the post or not delivered to me. Please package the item carefully to avoid damage as they must remain in a resalable condition. Please contact me for return address.

Damaged items

 

Every handmade product is made/hand poured and packaged by myself and I strive to ensure each and every product is checked and in good condition before it is delivered. Due to being handmade, products may vary in colour, shade and size. Should you receive an item that is damaged please contact me via email at order@valegiftco.com within 24 hours.  I ask that you provide as much information as possible including photographic evidence of the damaged product/s so I can resolve the issue accordingly and promptly.

Refunds

 

We do not offer refunds on personalised items. We strongly advise you read and agree to the Terms & Conditions of personalised items before placing your order. If you have received a faulty item or the personalisation is incorrect, please email us at order@valegiftco.com we will happily replace or offer an alternative. For all other items, once I have received your returned item/s and I have inspected and a refund is agreed then I will process your refund to the original payment method used at point of purchase. Please allow 5-10 working days for all credit card transactions.
